oksgame Terms & Conditions — Your Complete Player Agreement

1 Introduction

oksgame (hereinafter "oksgame", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "the Company") is an online gaming platform accessible at oksgame.org. oksgame is licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR") and operates within the framework of Philippine gaming law. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the entirety of the oksgame platform, including all gaming products, account services, promotional offerings, payment facilities, and customer support services.

These Terms are written in English and are applicable to all players accessing oksgame from within the Philippines or as otherwise permitted by applicable law. References to "you" or "the Player" mean any individual who has registered for or is attempting to register for an oksgame account, or who accesses any part of the platform for any purpose.

2 Eligibility

To open and maintain an oksgame account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a natural person, not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law governing online gaming.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is lawful and you are legally permitted to participate.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where the receipt or use of online gaming services is prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any such person, of oksgame or any of its affiliated companies, gaming software providers, or PAGCOR-regulated operators where such participation would create a conflict of interest.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by oksgame, PAGCOR, or any other recognised gaming authority.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

To access real-money gaming on oksgame, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) oksgame account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, oksgame reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances beyond the original deposited amounts in accordance with applicable law.

3.3 Account Security

You must not share your password, one-time PIN (OTP), or any authentication credentials with any third party. oksgame will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

As part of its PAGCOR licensing obligations and Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) compliance requirements, oksgame conducts KYC verification on all accounts. You are required to submit a valid, government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys national ID, UMID, passport, or driver's licence) before your first withdrawal can be processed. oksgame may also request additional documentation, including proof of address or source of funds, at any time.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

oksgame accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (PHP) through the following approved payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. oksgame does not accept deposits made using credit cards, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not explicitly listed on the platform's deposit page.

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos), unless a higher minimum is specified for a particular payment method at the time of transaction.
• Maximum Deposit: Subject to the limits stated on the deposit page, which may vary by payment method and by applicable PAGCOR or financial institution requirements.
• Processing Time: GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your oksgame balance instantly in normal circumstances. Bank transfer deposits may take up to sixty (60) minutes during banking hours.
• Funding Source: All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may be returned, less any applicable bank processing fees.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To withdraw funds from your oksgame account, you must have successfully completed KYC identity verification. Withdrawals are only permitted to a payment account registered in your name — the same name as your verified oksgame account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours (Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Philippine Standard Time) are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) business day. oksgame reserves the right to extend processing times where additional verification is required.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• oksgame reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significantly higher than the player's typical wagering pattern.
• Deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal is processed, as a standard anti-money laundering condition. This requirement applies to all deposits irrespective of any active bonus.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 (two hundred Philippine Pesos) unless otherwise stated.
• oksgame reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing where fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms is suspected, pending investigation.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

oksgame may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free game credits, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. The following general conditions apply to all oksgame promotions:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have met the eligibility criteria stated in the promotion terms, including any minimum deposit requirement.
• Each player may claim each promotion only once, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement ("playthrough requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's dedicated terms page.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• oksgame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not affect promotion terms already accepted by a player in respect of a bonus already credited to their account.
• Attempting to exploit promotions through collusion, use of multiple accounts, systematic wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other abusive strategy may result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and suspension of the player's account.

7 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the oksgame platform — including but not limited to slots, live casino, bingo, virtual sports, and racing — operate using software and systems that are independently tested and certified for fairness. RNG (Random Number Generator) games use certified RNG technology to ensure that game outcomes are statistically random and not influenced by previous results or player behaviour.

Live casino games at oksgame are conducted by real human dealers in professional studios and are streamed in real time. The outcomes of live games are determined by physical processes (card draws, ball landings, dice rolls) and are not subject to electronic manipulation.

In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on the player's device and the server-side records maintained by oksgame, the server-side records shall be treated as authoritative. oksgame's decision on the outcome of any game or bet is final, subject to any rights of appeal available under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oksgame platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Opening more than one account, or using another person's account.
• Accessing the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities in any oksgame game or service. Any winnings generated as a result of a system error must be reported immediately and will be void.
• Colluding with other players in any live game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the oksgame platform for the purposes of money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses oksgame staff or other players.

9 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.

• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders that notify them when they have been playing for a specified duration.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the oksgame platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and the overall compilation of the website — is the property of oksgame or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the oksgame platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of any content or software from the oksgame platform without express prior written authorisation from oksgame.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, oksgame shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your access to, or inability to access, the oksgame platform due to network outages, scheduled maintenance, or events beyond the Company's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any technical malfunction, disconnection, or data transmission failure that interrupts a game session, provided that oksgame takes reasonable steps to resolve such issues promptly.
• Any losses arising from your participation in games on the platform, as gaming outcomes are inherently uncertain and all wagers are placed at your own risk.
• Any reliance on information provided on the platform that is subject to change without notice, including promotional terms, game RTP figures, and transaction processing times.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit oksgame's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

oksgame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The player has provided false or misleading registration information or failed to complete KYC verification to the Company's satisfaction.
• The player's account is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of Philippine gaming law.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate account closure.
• The player has requested self-exclusion.

Upon termination of an account for reasons attributable to player misconduct, oksgame reserves the right to withhold any pending balances pending investigation. Where an account is closed by oksgame for reasons other than player misconduct, verified balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable period.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their oksgame account may do so by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests are subject to the completion of any pending transactions and KYC obligations.

13 Amendments to These Terms

oksgame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, oksgame will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account, or by publishing a prominent notice on the oksgame platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect — except where a shorter notice period is required by law or by PAGCOR regulatory direction.

Continued use of the oksgame platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The oksgame platform is operated under a licence granted by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"), and is subject to PAGCOR's oversight, rules, and regulations.

In the event of a dispute between you and oksgame, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation in the first instance. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of notice by either party, either party may refer the dispute to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

The laws of the Republic of the Philippines apply exclusively to any dispute or legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms, the oksgame platform, or any gaming activity conducted thereon.
